The International Standard for wire line System (ISO 10097-1:99 WIRE LINE CORE DRILLING EQUIPMENT) shows the geometry of the rods, and the mechanical properties that rods must fulfill.
Roschen matches the geometry, and keeps mechanical characteristics of its rods well above the requirements of the Standard.
A balanced and in good condition drill rod string causes the rotational motion and torque is transmitted vibration free and without swinging.
This prevents premature wear and breakage of the materials.
